Rage Retreats Explode In Popularity

A smashing good time // GIF by Kate Walker
Rage retreats — day-long getaways where people can let out their anger — are booming in popularity around the world.
Why It Hits: Rage rooms have already taken off in recent years, but it seems like plenty of people need a bigger release. Maybe getting angry together is a cathartic new way to build community.
Between The Smashes: For your next trip, smashing things and organized screaming may just be on the itinerary, per Bloomberg.
RAGEher hosts 50-person retreats in major cities like Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego, and London that regularly sell out.
Rage Ritual, hosted by Mia Balducci, organizes six-day retreats that go for $4,000 a trip.
Holy Rage Retreats offer $600 half-day experiences that focus on catering to women.
Paramount Times Square in NYC offers a Detox and Destroy package that includes time at a local rage room.
Final Yell: Raging has been around since the days of ancient Greece, when women would head into the mountains together for communal rituals filled with dancing, shouting, and revelry. There are actually a lot of psychological benefits to releasing anger in a controlled environment (and a lot of not-so-great examples, i.e., The Purge). And while no psychologist sees rage retreats as a catch-all alternative to digging deeper into why you’re so angry, there are probably enough triggers in daily life (see: basically every headline) to warrant people needing to blow off some steam.
Next Release: “Luxury raging” is surely on the horizon. Expect breaking things to get very, very expensive.

Sit Back And Let AI Agents Build Your Business

The leap between having a killer business idea and executing on it is huge.
But it doesn’t have to be with Symphony.
Symphony builds independent business owners a unique team of AI agents tailored to their goals, all loaded with the business intelligence of millions of successful setups.
You can give the team the autonomy to actively spot opportunities, propose next moves, and handle front-desk tasks like client reach-outs and payment follow-ups.
The platform connects to existing tools and workflows, from calendars and Slack to CRMs.
Best of all, Symphony is easy to use. It runs on a simple, mobile-first conversational app, where users chat with a central “orchestrator” that learns their business and delegates work to specialized agents — no technical skills required.
For serious business owners, the bigger plans unlock more of what Symphony can do, giving your AI team more room to work across your business. And with the annual plan, you can make Symphony part of your long-term growth strategy rather than just another tool in your stack.
If you’re ready to build and grow with an AI team working alongside you, explore the premium plans and find the one that fits your business.
