Happy Monday, Future Party. It’s finally happened — someone puked on air on Hot Ones. While participating in a joint interview with fellow The Odyssey actor Jon Bernthal, Tom Holland held it together for the interview… only to hurl during the final on-camera sign-off.

But the real question is: how many guests barfed the moment the cameras stopped rolling? Those are the stats the internet lives for.

Video Killed The Facebook Star

Video first // Illustration by Kate Walker

Facebook announced a new “immersive video” version of its platform, hoping for a fresh shot at relevancy.

The Immersive Picture: Facebook may have brought social media into the global mainstream (sorry, Myspace), but it has fallen far out of favor with younger generations. One of the biggest reasons is that Gen Z prefers the vertical video formats of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Meta has been desperately searching for ways to revitalize the main Facebook feed, so maybe a complete overhaul is its only path forward.

Behind The Curtain: Meta is going to great lengths to make Facebook go viral again.

  • Users who open the new Facebook will be greeted with a full-screen “immersive video” player — just like TikTok.

  • The feature is being tested in a handful of international markets and could debut in the US sometime next year.

  • Users can opt out of the new experience and return to the standard newsfeed via a dedicated tab.

Last Post: Video has already been a huge win for Meta, with Reels — available on both Facebook and Instagram — generating a reported $50 billion business on its own. The company claims it brings in more ad revenue than YouTube, which is why Meta is also testing episodic video on the new Instagram TV app.

If the current Facebook feed isn’t attracting the users brands want to reach, then evolving it may be the only option.

The Future: Expect Meta to launch a massive creator program timed to the US rollout of the new Facebook in its best effort to get people on board.

Summer Bundles (Limited Edition): UV Aging

Summer means more time in the sun — and more opportunity for UV damage to quietly accumulate.

UV exposure is the #1 driver of visible skin aging, more than stress, sleep, or genetics. Every unprotected moment adds up, and a single exposure can trigger collagen breakdown for up to seven days, leading to the fine lines, sagging, and loss of firmness that appear over time.

Daily SPF is essential, but protection alone can’t undo the damage UV has already caused. That’s where the OS-01 Peptide comes in.

It’s clinically proven to reverse the visible effects of UV aging, going beyond what SPF can do on its own.

OneSkin’s limited-edition summer bundles pair peptide-powered sunscreen with its bestselling OS-01 skincare to create a complete system for keeping skin visibly smooth, firm, resilient, and protected all summer long.

Reverse visible UV damage.

How David Ellison Plans To Power Up Paramount+

Under construction // Illustration by Kate Walker

A leaked presentation to employees details how Paramount’s new regime plans to upgrade Paramount+ into a bigger player in the streaming ecosystem.

The Big Picture: During the acquisition process, Ellison made heavy investment in Paramount+ and improvements to the platform’s tech a major part of his pitch. Since winning the company, the industry has been waiting to see those plans in action — and to get a better sense of what to expect when Paramount+ eventually merges with HBO Max.

Behind The Scenes: The new Paramount+ is almost ready for its close-up, according to Insider.

Here are the features expected to arrive on the platform in the coming weeks:

  • Vertical micro-dramas and podcast clips

  • A “free front porch” that lets users watch select titles before subscribing

  • Multiview for sports content

  • Expanded interactive viewing experiences for live events

  • Personalized artwork for movies and TV shows

Final Update: Many of these new features are designed to build “mobile daily habits at scale,” encouraging viewers to engage with the Paramount+ app even when they’re not settling in to watch a full movie or show. That, in turn, could create more opportunities for advertising and brand sponsorships — something every streamer is chasing these days.

It may also be crucial for Paramount to get these features in place now, given that its proposed merger with HBO Max continues to face delays.

Coming Soon: Since David’s father, Larry Ellison, is one of the joint owners of the American version of TikTok, there could be some serious integrations with Paramount+ down the line to boost its micro-drama content.

Your Business Is Stuck In The Health Insurance Dead Zone

Too big for small-group pricing. Too small for enterprise-level benefits.

It’s a frustrating place to be. Premiums keep rising, plan options remain limited, and every renewal feels like paying more for less.

The good news? There’s a better way.

Top Provider connects businesses with PEOs that offer greater buying power, better benefits, and health insurance plans typically reserved for much larger organizations.

By joining a larger employee pool, businesses can access more competitive rates and broader coverage without needing enterprise-scale headcount.

Top Provider matches businesses with the right PEO in minutes. It’s free, with no commitment — just the right fit.

“I have enough junk in my house already.”

“Not sure what I’d do with it afterward.”

“Yeah, I bought the Taylor Swift one when The Eras Tour was in theaters. It now serves as a flower bucket in my office, but truthfully, these things are a waste of money.”

“Only for Jurassic World. The original movie and book are my favorites. I was so excited for the new movies after all these years that I had to get the bucket.”

“A $5 upgrade for a promotional bucket is fine, but anything more than that is insane unless it’s standard kitchen-grade, like ceramic.”
